PROPEL YOUR TALENT
Sid Lee offers you the opportunity to change the world through creativity and the chance to pursue your ambitions to the fullest. We invite you to join us in creating what truly matters. As an intern at Sid Lee, you will experience real agency life. You will be involved in pitches, briefs, creative work, but most importantly, you will make a difference within a collective of individuals who share the same ambitions. Real clients. Real briefs. Real impact.
YOUR ROLE: CONTENT INTERN
As a Content Intern, you’ll sit at the intersection of content creation and content management, helping brands show up creatively and meaningfully in social spaces. You’ll be hands-on in making content (especially short‑form, visual-first work) while also helping steward brand communities day to day.
You’ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to bring ideas to life — from quick-turn social moments to larger campaign thinking. You’re digitally native, culturally curious, and comfortable switching between brainstorming, shooting/editing, publishing, and engaging with audiences in real time.
This role is ideal for someone who loves both creating content and understanding how it lives, lands, and evolves once it’s out in the world.
YOUR MISSION
- Create social-first content including short-form video, photography, GIFs, memes, and simple motion/graphic assets
- Shoot and edit content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Collaborate with creative teams on concepting, storyboarding, and executing content ideas
- Stay tapped into social and cultural trends, formats, and creator styles, and help adapt them thoughtfully for brands
- Schedule and publish content across platforms using social management tools
- Monitor and engage with communities across channels (responding, liking, sharing, and creating moments of connection)
- Identify reactive opportunities, trends, and cultural moments that brands can jump into authentically
- Help surface insights from community behavior and social listening tools to inform content ideas and brand behaviors
- Support ongoing social listening and basic performance tracking to understand what’s resonating and why
YOUR EXPERTISE
- Degree or Diploma and/or experience in an appropriate discipline
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Resolve, etc.)
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; motion or After Effects is a bonus
- Familiarity with major social platforms and how content performs differently across them
- A sharp eye for trends, storytelling, and visual composition
- Organized, curious, and excited to learn how creative ideas move from concept to community
- Experience creating content for brands, school projects, personal channels, or side projects is a plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of the local market.
YOUR CONDITIONS
- Work 35 hours per week, leaving you time to enjoy life outside of work
- Work in beautiful downtown offices
- Collaborate with incredible, diverse, creative, and smart colleagues
- Be part of a culture that values diversity and inclusion, where every voice matters
- Participate in various activities: parties, yoga, happy hours, lunch and learn sessions
- Enjoy meals with our bistro that provides (on the house) breakfast and snacks, in addition to a free lunch on Tuesdays
- Learn from your first day thanks to Sid Lee University, with 3 mornings of training to kickstart your adventure
YOUR APPLICATION
For Sid Lee Land, we’re less interested in perfect polish and more interested in how you think. To apply, we ask you to submit the following:
- Your latest resume.
- A sample of your creative work.
Share a portfolio, Instagram, TikTok, or any body of work that gives us a window into your creative point of view. This can include personal projects, experiments, school work, or passion projects. Anything that shows how you approach ideas. - A social‑native creative execution.*
You know you'd crush it as a Sid Lee intern—now show us why! Submit your response in any social-first format that feels right to you. Think TikTok/Instagram Carousel, Reel, video/audio (max 60 seconds), poster, product, microsite, case study… or something we haven’t even thought of yet. The choice is yours!
Note: This isn’t a traditional “answer the question” assignment, and it doesn’t need to be an explanation. We’re interested in how you think, what you notice, and how you turn an idea into something tangible. We’re looking at how you approach making things for social, not how well you “answer” a question.
Using AI as part of your creative process is absolutely welcome.
*With your permission, Sid Lee may feature selected creative executions submitted as part of this application on our social media channels or other Sid Lee platforms, always with credit to you.
Submit all your documents in the designated space below.
The deadline to submit your application is February 28, 2026.
