TON RÔLE : COORDONNATEUR.TRICE, TALENT

Travaillant en collaboration, tu supporteras toute l’équipe dans les tâches quotidiennes et participeras à des projets d’amélioration continue. Grâce à ton extraordinaire sens de l’organisation, ta capacité à jongler avec les priorités et ta facilité à établir des relations durables, tu participeras également à la réalisation d’initiatives variées. 

TA MISSION 

  • Participer au processus de gestion des Talents (recrutement, avantages sociaux, paie, formation, gestion de la performance, etc.).
  • Effectuer diverses transactions dans notre système de gestion des RH (Workday). 
  • Participer à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés.
  • Aider à la planification et au bon déroulement du programme de stage Sid Lee Land.
  • Supporter l’équipe dans la réalisation de projets divers en lien avec la gestion des talents.
  • Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration continue et participer au développement des processus et outils.
  • Aider avec d'autres tâches liées à la gestion des talents, au besoin.

TON EXPERTISE 

  • Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline appropriée.
  • Avoir un intérêt et un minimum d’expérience en ressources humaines. 
  • Facilité à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes. 
  • Maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est requise. Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour travailler avec des clients et collègues nationaux et internationaux (50 % du temps) est également requise.

  • Travailler 35 heures par semaine, te laissant du temps pour profiter de la vie en dehors du travail ;

YOUR ROLE : ACCOUNT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Working in collaboration, you will support the entire team in daily tasks and participate in continuous improvement projects. Thanks to your extraordinary organizational skills, your ability to juggle priorities, and your ease in establishing lasting relationships, you will also contribute to the completion of various initiatives.

YOUR MISSION 

  • Participate in the Talent Management process (recruitment, benefits, payroll, training, performance management, etc.). 
  • Perform various transactions in our HR management system (Workday). 
  • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees. 
  • Assist in the planning and smooth running of the Sid Lee Land internship program. 
  • Support the team in the execution of various projects related to talent management. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and participate in the development of processes and tools. 
  • Assist with other tasks related to talent management as needed.

YOUR EXPERTISE 

  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Interest in and minimum experience in human resources. 
  • Ease of learning new systems. 
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is required. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to work with national and international clients and colleagues (50% of the time) is also required.
