Account Coordinator Intern


The account coordinator intern is responsible for providing support to the account team. Someone who is hungry and resourceful, continuously striving to go above and beyond what is asked. The candidate will support the account supervisor with coordination and monitoring of internal work flow activities related to the completion and delivery of the agency output. 


  • Accompany supervisor when meeting with both internal teams and with clients
  • Participate in team discussions
  • Assist with administrative tasks including but not limited to the development of budgets, timelines, weekly status reports, financial system support and resource requests
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings
  • Follow up on projects & production both internally and with clients
  • Develop clear, organized and concise meeting minutes & client/creative feedback
  • Support project execution & manage small projects with guidance from your supervisor
  • Learn agency process and production, build relationships with internal departments and collaborate with internal teams to get things done.
  • Listen to strategic discussions/debates and begin to form own opinions
  • Manage the industry and category competitive analysis internally
