Internship - Copywriter

Role

The Copywriter Intern will assist the Creative team with idea generation and creative execution of advertising campaigns and design projects. They will work under the supervision of the Associate Creative Director, and be mentored by a Copywriter.

This internship will run from September to December 2017.

Tasks

  • Work closely with Art Directors and Designers to generate ideas and execute creative
  • Produce copy for advertising communications (TV, print, OOH, digital), design projects, and retail experiences
  • Work closely with Strategy and Account teams to ensure work is on-brief and delivered in a timely manner
  • Prepare presentations and present work at internal reviews with Account Team
  • Take direction and guidance from Associate Creative Directors and other Copywriters
  • Create copy for internal communications

  • Passionate about popular culture, emerging technologies, language and design trends
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously
  • Ability to understand/apply/maintain brand tone of voice
  • Ability to write in multiple voices, and work across multiple brands concurrently
  • Impeccable spelling/grammar
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Knowledge of local market
